某个 build 的更新本不应该单独写一篇，但这次要介绍的是全新的 PSF 处理工具 CombinePSF。和 PSFExtractor 模仿的更新安装过程不同，CombinePSF 模仿的是微软官方提供的 MSU 包。也就是说，这个工具会按照微软官方 MSU 包的格式，对 UUP 中的更新进行重新打包，得到 MSU 文件。

将从 UUP 下载到的补丁文件放入 Updates 目录，直接运行 combinepsf.cmd 即可。注意至少需要 LCU CAB+PSF、SSU、AggregatedMetadata 和 DesktopDeployment。得到的 MSU 文件不能直接双击安装，要使用 dism /online /add-package /packagepath:<MSU 文件> 命令进行安装。此工具仅支持 AMD64 架构的补丁。
